The 50 Ounce Hydration Carrier is designed around the Camelbak 50 ounce Omega Water Beast reservoir. It's perfect for short duration missions where less weight is desired. With a full reservoir, this carrier weighs less than three and a half pounds, roughly half of what a 3 liter (103 ounce) reservoir and our hydration carrier weighs. Additionally, it's a great fit on smaller rigs like plate carriers or modular chest harnesses.
The 50 Ounce Hydration Carrier is constructed of 500 denier DuPont Cordura, for light weight and durability. Instead of the almost useless PALS webbing that many carriers use, the ATS 50 Ounce Hydration Carrier uses a daisy chain of 1/8th inch elastic shock cord for stowing lightweight items like a pair of gloves. The carrier is about 11 1/2 inches long and about 7 inches wide. It uses 4 channels and 8 rows of MOLLE space.
