The CAP Stash Pocket is part of the Cobra Accessory Pouch line of products. It measures about 9 inches wide, about 7 ½ inches tall, and is about 2 inches deep. It gets its name from the Velcro closed, flat pocket behind the body of the pouch, which is accessed from the top for fast access to items that are used regularly.
The main body of the pouch is constructed of TP21 Mil Spec mesh material with a YKK #8 coil zipper and slider, on a 500D Cordura base. The pouch is secured to the Cobra II/2.5 by heavy duty Velcro that covers the back of the pouch.
The CAP Stash Pocket is available in Coyote Brown, Black and Foliage Green. As with all ATS made tactical gear, it's covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship.
Heavy mesh keeps its shape, great materials all the way around. Great size for a variety of grown-up sized gear, all the hook tape it needs to stay put. Two zipper pulls, and zipper goes pretty much to the bottom, so this pouch can effectively be accesseed from the side. If I had a criticism, it's the lack of seam tape inside the pouch (if nowhere else, on the bottom). That's just my peeve. All in all, a strong product. Will be buying more.
