5 Does what other IFAKs don't!

This design of medical pouch with the rip-away pouch is not unique, there are several on that market. However, what this pouch does is very, very useful. It occupies precisely 2 columns and 3 rows of MOLLE space with plenty of room emergency trauma supplies. This is very helpful if you want this on a warbelt and not have it stick too far up and interfere with your pack or two far down and get in the way when seated. The fact that the wrap-around part is designed to hold the pouch with only this much MOLLE space also makes it very secure. No extra wasted material not attached to MOLLE, no flopping around. I eventually moved this to a chest rig and it works well there too thanks to its compact size. It stays out of my way. I'm able to fit a mini pressure bandage, two mini chest seals, two packages of gauze, mini shears, and a couple pairs of rubber gloves neatly inside without everything falling out when I unzip the pouch. You could probably fit full size items (albeit less of them) in here with a bit of creativity. Unless you need a large pouch or full blown trauma kit, this pouch is pretty hard to beat for a belt/chest rig/plate carrier.
